Scenes from Tiki Oasis 2014

Tiki Oasis is the largest annual Tiki gathering in the world. The even has been held annually for 14 years and will most certainly be going strong for many more, as it only seems to get more popular as the years roll by. The Tiki-con is held in San Diego at the Crowne Royal Hotel, which is completely taken over by tiki-lovers for four days and nights of live entertainment, vendors, symposiums and activities for young and old – and plenty of tiki cocktails for those over the age of 21.

This year was our first year attending and we had an absolute blast! We lounged by the pool, sampled dozens of different rums, mingled with fellow tiki-fans and bought up all kinds of fun tiki goodies, including a bunch of new mugs for our collection.
