About Us

Nicole Weston is a Los Angeles-based blogger, writer and world traveler. She started blogging back in 2004, when she had to explain to everyone what a blog was, and turned pro in 2006. She went on to build up a huge readership at her food and baking blog, Baking Bites, and also served as a writer and editor for various other food blogs over the years. Robert Sharp is a Los Angeles-based mixologist and bartender with more than 17 years of experience in the bar industry, both working behind the bar and in front of it as a consultant. He has extensive experience developing cocktail recipes for bars of all types.

Together, Nic & Rob have a love for all spirits, cocktails and tiki. They’re currently hard at work on a Modern Tiki cookbook, a collection of tiki cocktail recipes with a modern twist, which was released in mid-2015. You can read more about the book here.
